Welcome to Junior High!
My name is Suzy King and I've been at NSH in some capacity for over 12 years. My first job at NSH was as a parent where I volunteered as a Girl Scout Leader, Science Club Teacher and FACE member. I spent 2 years as the librarian before I became a member of the junior high team. As a part of that team, I teach 6th-8th grade Social Studies and Math. I love getting students excited about learning and watching as they develop and master concepts.
Personally, I love being outdoors hiking, biking or running. I also enjoy reading, completing puzzles and board games. Originally from Detroit Michigan, I currently live with my husband and 4 kids in Ozark at Camp Ondessonk. Our family loves to travel, and we are anxiously waiting for our next adventure.
I also serve as the Varsity Volleyball Coach and Assistant Cross Country Coach at NSH. Go Mustangs!!
